Order after 1 PM
Orders are prioritized and processed on the next business day. Orders placed from Friday at 1 PM through Sunday evening are shipped on Monday evening.
We will send you an email when your package is shipped from our warehouse. This email will summarize the chosen delivery method and include your package¿uro;¿s tracking number. You can also visit your account under the "Track My Orders" section for details and tracking of your order.

DELIVERY Click & collect Citadium stores - From 24 to 48 hours
For all Citadium stores, the Click & Collect delivery time is 24 hours. All orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered the next day. All orders placed after 1 PM are shipped the next business day and will be delivered within the following 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be available for pickup on Tuesday morning.
DELIVERY COLISSIMO - From 48 to 72 hours

Colissimo delivery by La Poste allows for delivery within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. Deliveries are made by La Poste from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. With Colissimo, you can choose between home delivery, delivery to a post office, or delivery to a pickup point. Home Delivery: The package will be delivered to the address specified on your order form. It is important to be precise with your delivery address. If you are absent, La Poste will leave a delivery notice, allowing you to collect your package from your nearest post office. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to pick it up. After this period, it will be returned to Citadium. Delivery to a Post Office or Pickup Point: You can choose either a post office (without a prior visit from your mail carrier) or a nearby retailer where you would like to have your package delivered. You will receive a SMS and an email to notify you of your package's arrival. From this point, you have 10 days to collect your order. After this period, the package will be returned to Citadium. Remember to bring an ID when picking up your package. In any case, starting the day after your order is shipped, you can track your package on the website https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois using the tracking number provided to you by email at the time of shipment or through the tracking link in your Citadium account. |
DELIVERY CHRONOPOST - From 24 to 48 hours

This "express" service ensures delivery within 24 hours on business days, starting from the shipment of your order, Monday to Saturday, in mainland France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 1 PM.
- Orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered the next day before 1 PM (within 24 hours):
- For example, an order placed on Tuesday before 1 PM will be delivered on Wednesday before 1 PM.
- An order placed on Friday before 1 PM will be delivered on Monday before 1 PM.
- Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within the following 24 hours:
- For example, an order placed on Tuesday after 1 PM will be shipped on Wednesday evening and delivered on Thursday before 1 PM.
- An order placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on Monday evening and delivered on Tuesday before 1 PM.
Once your package is picked up by Chronopost, you can track it on the [Chronopost website](www.chronopost.fr) using the tracking number sent to you by email at the time of shipment, or through the link in the order tracking section of your Citadium account. If you are absent, Chronopost will leave a delivery notice, allowing you to collect your package from the nearest pickup point.
**Chronopost Pickup Points:**
Standard delivery to Shop2Shop pickup points by Chronopost offers delivery within 48 hours to partner pickup points. The package will remain at the pickup point for 7 calendar days before being returned on the 8th day. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day. Orders are processed in the morning on the next business day. Orders placed between 1 PM on Friday and 1 PM on Monday are shipped on Monday evening.
