How do I make a return?
14 days
To make a return, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, starting from the date of confirmation of your order.
For orders placed as a guest, a return can be made by clicking on the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
For orders placed with a customer account, a return can be made by following the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account and click on "MAKE A RETURN".
- Enter your return details, then print your return slip and shipping label.
- Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, and include the printed return slip.
- Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your local post office or selected parcel drop-off point.
How do I return my package?

You can drop off your package at a post office or with a merchant in the La Poste network, using the label created when you generated your return slip. Return times are 3 to 4 days via post office and 10 days via a merchant. | |

For returns from France, shipping fees are free if the return is made within 10 days from the shipping date of your order. After this period, and within a limit of 14 days, a maximum fee of 4€ will be deducted from your refund. |

What are the return and exchange conditions?
Items must be returned in their original packaging (plastic pouch) and condition, accompanied by a return slip you generated from your personal account. Any item returned incomplete, such as without the original hangtag (indicating the brand, barcode, and size), without packaging, or that has been worn, damaged, stained, washed, or has odors of cooking, tobacco, or sweat, will not be eligible for a refund. |

Shoes: The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet or other surface that won't damage the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original box (indicating the size, brand, and barcode). Please note that this original box cannot be used as a shipping box. |

Lingerie & Swimwear: Lingerie and swimwear items must be tried on with your underwear. For hygiene reasons, any returns not following this procedure will not be eligible for a refund. |
